Job Description

Internal Account Manager

This home-based role (with occasional travel for meetings) focuses on delivering strategic marketing campaigns within the UK estates and property sector. Working as part of a small team, you will develop marketing strategies, manage projects from concept to delivery, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and achieve agreed objectives.

The role requires a strong understanding of the UK estates and property market, with experience working alongside estate agents and property owners. You will also analyse campaign performance, monitor KPIs, identify trends, and support wider business administration where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and project plans.
  • Manage campaigns from brief through to delivery.
  • Define campaign objectives and measure performance.
  • Coordinate events, media activity and marketing collateral.
  • Use website analytics and reporting to optimise results.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' marketing experience within an agency or the UK estates and property sector.
  • Strong knowledge of estate agency and property owner audiences.
  • Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, email, social media and CRM.
  • Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Salary: £50,000 per annum.
