We’re on the lookout for a Junior to Mid level Account Manager who’s eager to grow their career in a fast-paced, creative agency environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing, a sharp eye for detail, and the drive to deliver outstanding work for a mix of well-known and emerging brands.

About the Role

• You’ll support the team in managing a wide variety of projects, from concept to delivery, across multiple sectors and marketing channels.
• No two days are the same, one moment you’ll be working on campaign collateral for a household name brand, the next bringing fresh thinking to B2B projects that need standout creativity.
• While this won’t be client-facing from day one, you’ll soon grow into that responsibility. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be key as you liaise with clients, creatives, and directors.
• You’ll play a vital role in keeping work flowing smoothly, ensuring deadlines are met, briefs are clear, and clients are delighted with the results.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 Years’ experience in a design, creative, or integrated marketing agency.
• Confidence in managing multiple projects and staying organised under pressure.
• Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solutions-first mindset.
• Attention to detail, combined with plenty of initiative and enthusiasm.
• A team player who wants to become an integral part of a talented, passionate, and supportive environment that feels like family.
• A valid driver’s licence, as occasional travel to client sites will be required.
